Trust. Thats what its all about. We want to trust that a pest control company will send out someone trustworthy who has the ethics to give an accurate assessment, a fair price, and solve problems. The team wants to trust the company to value the work they do, compensate them as best they can, and provide the training to hone their development for taking on more responsibility. The company wants to trust its team to preform to reach its goals, that its customers feel they got good value, and they reward by staying a customer.
As a veteran, I didn’t see enough of this at many different companies I worked at. Surely a name could be made building a company customers could rest easy that they made the right choice, or a place where the team of people working there felt good about coming to work. As a company, we could step up, creating better jobs with in our community, for our citizens. We can also make the investments that would bring the best possible services to those would trust the Spektor name at their homes.
Our work
Spektor Pest Control starts with its people. State licensed, Spektor builds up our entire team with additional training in pest work, contract law, communication, safety, and leadership. Our services start with intelligent inspections; ultraviolet and infrared imaging technologies applied some of the larger pests have invaded your property, and probably the most important activity we engage in, listening to the client’s needs. This company’s focus on team development, quality, honest communication, and the balance of customers needs with our business goals allows any technician arriving at your location can focus on their job, which is solving your pest problems. We also work hard, and smart, learning each of our customer’s homes and businesses so with each visit, we can move smoothly, and eventually quickly.
